    Um eine "normale" Festplatte bzw. Partition zu formatieren reichen die Systemeigenen Programme aus. Bei Win7 auf >Start >rechtsklick auf Computer > Verwalten >Datenträgerverwaltung oder auf dem Arbeitsplatz/Computer rechtsklick auf die gewünsche Partition/Festplatte und Formatieren wählen.

    Für das Laufwerk C: brauchst du die Orginal DVD oder ein Formatierungstool wie GParted (http://www.chip.de/downloads/GParted-Live-ISO-Image_26460627.html)

    Dieses Tool kannst du auf eine CD/DVD Brennen und von der CD/DVD starten.

    Du hast ja Windows Mobile 2003 drauf, Prozessor ist glaube ich ein Arm (bin aber nicht 100%sicher), viele Programme sind als Smartphone Edition ausgezeichnet!

    Viele Menschen programmieren einfach aus Spaß an der Freude, oder um anderen Menschen das Computer-Leben einfacher zu gestalten.
    Für die ist es einfach Lohn genug, mal ein Danke zu bekommen oder zu sehen, dass ihre Programme gemocht und viel benutzt werden. Zudem haben viele Entwickler auf ihren Homepages eine Möglichkeit eingerichtet, freiwillige Spenden einzureichen, um die Arbeit hinter den Programmen zu honorieren.

    Ich persönlich entwickle auch unter der GPL und freue mich, wenn meine Programme Anklang finden. :)
